“I am based in Truckee, California, USA.  Truckee is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountain range of Northern California, just north of beautiful Lake Tahoe.

As an avid photographer, I am blessed with some of the most beautiful scenery in the world in my backyard. The mountains and plateaus of Western United States offer splendid vistas with every turn. In the traditionally short spring, the land comes to life with beautiful wildflowers and renewed growth. Summer provides an ever changing pallet of subjects. The colors of fall are quickly replaced by the winter snows.

Each year, I try to find the right combination of light, location and timing to create images that capture the beauty of the season, the subject and the moment.“

Canon EOS SLRs – both digital and film bodies
Canon Lenses – from 17mm to 400mm, including macro, plus extenders
Accessories – A variety of toys by Gitzo, Manfrotto, Kirk, Acratech, Singh-Ray, Lowepro, etc.
Computers – HP (Desktops and laptops) with Dell widescreen LCD monitors.
