Snow conditions

Has anyone been up to Mt. Goliath area this season? I know that the road is closed to vehicles but it's used as a cross country ski and snowshoe trail.

I'm planning my igloo trip up there next weekend and will go this Sunday to scope out locations. But I just wanted to know if anyone has been up there yet and could give me some insight into conditions.
