Actual conditions as experienced on July 18 are posted in the "Current Conditions" forum under the same title. Images are below. I'll get it right next time.
The waterfall and cascade images were taken on Silver Creek where the road to Silver Basin crosses the creek below the basin itself. Some of the images will show flower movement - it was very windy. Sorry about that. Last edited by Doug Beezley : 07-27-2010 at 06:06 AM. |

Nice shots Doug! I especially like #5. Where is this exactly? I know of a Silver Creek and Basin near Crested Butte but that is not accessible by vehicle
