Default A LOT of snow on Pikes Peak

Most snow we've had on Pikes Peak in many years ...

I recently hiked a Pikes Peak trail near my home, the Crags, and there is still several feet of snow in spots. Last year, the same spots were dry at this time. Amazing. And after more snow last night, the peak is very white right now. A great time for spring leaf/snowy peak shots, no doubt.

Yes indeed. There was hardly a rock to be seen for all the snow yesterday morning.

And to back him up.
Pikes Peak at 7:00AM or so yesterday morning.

A lot melted yesterday, but I don't think I've EVER seen the peak covered with that much snow this late in the year.
